If you are already working with a Realtor and would like to tour Markea Court, we have placed keyboxes on the main entry doors of the available residences. These doors are at ground level, on the east façade of the townhomes along 700 East. Simply have your agent check the Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) for currently available homes, pricing, keybox access, etc.

We have now Sold (“Closed”) units 10, 11, 12 and 13 at Markea Court.  This was all of Phase 1.  Our Phase 2 units (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9) are now selling, and are marked as “Pending” once they go Under Contract and are no longer available, then Sold following Settlement.  All units posted as “Available” are still available for purchase.  We’re able to tour prospects (alone or with their buyer agent) by appointment.
